The beets have emerged and they're doing well. We could use some rain. |

The beets are growing well. It has been dry and hot – some rain is needed. |

The beets are doing pretty well. We received 0.4” of rain last week. Some rain would be helpful – it’s been hot and dry again this week. |

We inoculated the Cercospora nursery. |
| August2 |
We have had frequent rain and disease is developing. We rated the nursery and ratings were 1-3. |
| August8 |
We rated the nursery and ratings were between 1 and 4. See the photo for an idea of some of the spots we’re seeing. |
| August16 |
We rated the Cercospora nursery and most ratings were between 1 and 5 with a few 6s. |
| August21 |
We rated the Cercospora nursery. Ratings were between 1 and 7. |
| August28 |
We rated the nursery and the ratings were 1-8. |
| September6 |
We rated the nursery and the ratings were 2-8. This will be our last rating due to regrowth. |
